Initial Consultation
(approximately 1 hour) $80
What to expect…
Your initial consultation is a chance for us to get to know one another and to make sure that we will meet each other’s needs and expectations. We will form a partnership and develop a plan for you to reach your goals. We will discuss your personal and family health history, your relationship to food, and the lifestyle factors that may be contributing to your lack of vitality. Through observation and our conversation, I will create a constitutional and energetic assessment of you. You will walk away with a deeper understanding of your body and with new tools for your self-care kit!
Follow Ups
(30-45 minutes) $45
What to expect…
Follow ups occur on an as needed basis, usually with an increased frequency when we first start working together, but it depends on you and your goals. What I am certain of is that one visit is insufficient: success occurs in the follow ups! We will discuss the changes and observations you have made since our last session, and we will make further adjustments to your diet, lifestyle, and nutritional and herbal protocols. After our initial work together, many of my clients enjoy seasonal consultations.
Trip to the Grocery Store
(1 hour) $100
What to expect…
A fun, educational opportunity for hands-on learning! The grocery store is where theory becomes practice. Going shopping elicits many ‘aha’ moments. “Oh, I get it now!” is a repeated exclamation. Many of my clients report that this step was a pivotal point in their progress.

I offer this package to encourage commitment. I have witnessed over time that clients who see me in this capacity achieve better results.
This package is non-refundable, non-transferable and expires 5 months from the date of purchase.
Fees also include
- Any additional research that I will need to do regarding your health concerns, herb/drug interactions, etc.
- Brief communication by email or phone, if necessary.
PLEASE NOTE that I am available for consultations over the phone. While meeting in person is desirable, I have found that working with people over the phone offers many advantages. My fees are lower since I have no overhead. I can maintain a flexible schedule to better serve my clients. Less time and travel expenses are incurred with each consultation. And without any geographical constraints, I can assist more people, including your family and friends who live outside of central Texas!
The cost of herbs and supplements is not included in the consultation fees. I do carry some herbal and nutritional supplements in an effort to serve you. There is no obligation to purchase anything from me, and I often refer clients to the local health food store for products.
As far as nutritional supplements, I carry a line called Standard Process. Many people have not heard of this brand because it is only available through health professionals. The company was founded in 1929 and their philosophy is based in the healing properties of whole foods and targeted supplementation to support the structure and function of specific organs and glands. After years of product experimentation on myself, my loved ones, and my clients, I have found that Standard Process products work, consistently yielding positive, tangible results. Their philosophy is also in line with my clinical practice: the wisdom found in nature goes far beyond man-made foods and synthetic vitamins. Most people are taking supplements, and I simply want my clients to have access to the best!
I also offer Green Pasture’s High Vitamin Fermented Cod Liver Oil (cinnamon and licorice flavors) and Dandy Blend – a delicious herbal beverage.
As far as herbs are concerned, I make many of my medicines. When I am unable to do that, I source from people and companies I trust, always doing my best find local suppliers. I also use MediHerb located in Australia – founded by Kerry Bone, they hold their products to the highest standards. Once again, quality and proper dosage is my utmost concern. One of the many beautiful aspects of herbal medicine is that herbs can be used in many different forms: hydroalcoholic tinctures, glycerin preparations, capsules/tablets, powders, and teas. If herbs are suitable for you, we will discuss which form of herbal medicine is most appropriate for your lifestyle, financial, and therapeutic needs.
Additional Services and Information
I do offer reduced consultation fees for students and others who have financial constraints. The initial consultation is $50 and follow ups are $35. Please do not hesitate to inquire – everybody deserves access to self care!
